Raon was founded by power semiconductor experts with over 25 years of experience, with the mission to develop high-efficiency power modules that customers can use with the utmost convenience, contributing to the creation of a sustainable green future.
Since December 2021, we have begun developing high-efficiency Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) and launched the GPM3, GPM2 lineup ranging from 20A to 50A in 2023. Plans are in place to release the GPM5 lineup from 15A to 30A in 2024.
Raon is committed to continuous technological development, expanding its business from SI-based modules to SiC-based modules, and from power modules for home and industrial use to modules for automotive applications.
